Before You Book – Please Read Carefully
We know it’s easy to rush through online bookings, but this info is really important – for your safety and to make sure your appointment goes smoothly.
Patch Testing & Consultations
All colour services require a patch test – unless you're a regular client, having your usual colour, and your test is up to date.
A consultation is required first if: You’re a new client - It’s been over 6 months since your last patch test with us - You’ve had a tattoo or permanent makeup - You’ve had a colour service using a different colour line (even at home) - You’ve had any allergic reactions to products, medication, or anything else - You are pregnant or under 16 ( some colour services are not available) - Major colour changes or lightening also require a strand test, which is done during your consultation
Payments, Cancellations & No-Shows
Online payments are non-refundable. If your appointment can’t go ahead due to consultation or patch testing requirements, we’ll gladly transfer your payment to another appointment or use it toward retail.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
No-shows are charged in full.
You must be over 16 to book online.
Didn’t Get a Confirmation Email?
If you haven’t received an email confirming your appointment details, your booking may not have gone through properly. This usually means a step was missed. Please give us a call to check.
Unisex Salon – Privacy Options
We are a fully unisex salon. If you require a private space, just give us a ring before your appointment – we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.
