Thank you for your feedback, I’m really sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your cut and finish. That’s not the experience we want for our clients. I’ve spoken with your stylist following your review. She’s really disappointed to hear this, as she felt the style shown in the photo wasn’t fully achievable with your hair type, but still wanted to get as close as possible. That said, we completely understand that the end result hasn’t met your expectations. In terms of your comment about her seeming nervous, that’s not something we’ve seen outside of her early training days, but I will take that on board and review it with her. I can see you’ve mentioned having it adjusted elsewhere, which is of course your choice, however, we do always encourage clients to come back to us first. We have a clear complaints procedure in place and would always want the opportunity to assess and put things right ourselves, as these situations are best resolved in person. It’s also really important to say that we would never treat anyone differently for coming back with a concern, sometimes it can come down to miscommunication or just an off day, and all feedback is valuable to us. If you feel anything still isn’t quite right, you’re very welcome to come back in and we’ll happily take another look for you. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback. — Stef
